- Overall in-charge of return merchandise authorization product quality issue resolution and handle products related to evaluation requests.
- Coordinate debug and data-gather efforts in cooperation with multiple technical disciplines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Computer/Communication or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in customer support, customer quality, product quality engineering or product test engineering.
