Duties
· Assist to Commissioning Manager and execute the operational instructions.
· Co-ordinate with other commissioning discipline team during Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
· Co-operate the project field pre-commissioning, system hot commissioning, plant operations of the whole project until project handover to the OWNER.
· Prepare records for project utility consumption including Fuel Gas, Fuel Oil consumption and Power consumption and weekly power generation and gas consumption during the power plant operating phase.
· Prepare marked up systemized P&ID and SLD to construction.
· Preparation of system commissioning procedure whenever and execute the approved procedure during system commissioning.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the commissioning process.
· Ensure the Pre-commissioning and commissioning records are placed in System Turnover packages.
· Co-ordinate vendor TFA support to ensure just in time arrival on site to work.
· Understand the project specification with regards to commissioning, commissioning documentation, emissions, waste effluent, Plant Testing, Tests on Completion, Plant Performance Test and Reliability Test.
· Attend daily commissioning meetings with the commissioning team to align and coordinate the commissioning activity.
· Prepare JSA for each activity during pre-commissioning and commissioning and ensure with Commissioning manager.
· Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions that arise during the commissioning process.
· Be nominated as a Senior Competent Person to apply for and receive commissioning PTW and LOTO.
· Participate in system completion walkdown of all systems prior to handover from Construction to the Commissioning department and prioritise the punch list items.
Qualification & Experience
· Minimum +7 years of experience.
· Min Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· Experience on commissioning of Cigeneration powerplant.
· Knowledge of systemization and system turnover process from Construction to Commissioning.
· Working knowledge of MS software.
