RESPONSIBILITIES
- To conduct market research and surveys to understand the industry trends and customer needs for smart solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest smart technologies, products, and market trends.
- To develop and implement sales plan to meet the sales target for smart products and solution
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- To prepare, and deliver good and effective sales presentations, highlighting the benefits and features of smart products.
- Work with another department to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- To track and monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, addressing all issues as reported.
REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary or diploma holder, preferably in the engineering or electronic fields with solid understanding of IoT technologies, including sensors, connectivity protocols, data analytics, etc.
- Able to articulate how these technologies work together to create value for customers.
