Job Info:
- Salary: Basic from $2900 - $4000 + AWS + VB + Incentive (Quarterly)
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
- Location: Bukit Batok MRT
Job Scope:
- Manage the product we distribute, overseeing all aspects of product management
- Provide pre-sale and post-sale application and sales support by analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Prepare and present application and solution proposals based on customer requirements
- Offer technical and application support, responding to customer queries and issues via telephone or email
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Use product application knowledge to showcase how our products can better meet potential customers' needs compared to competing options
- Develop strong relationships with our product's principal and relay customer feedback to them for service and product enhancements
- Enhance customer relationships by adding value to their needs and building strong connections.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering/ Industrial/ Mechatronics
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Passion for automation, with creative and adaptive approaches
- Training on products will be provided
- Knowledge in PLC, Control/Automation, IOT Knowledge will be added advantage
