Client Management
- Timely response to client on quotation and ops enquiries.
- Secure forward project pipeline
- Secure Contractual agreement with key anchor customer
- Key point of contact with client
- Explore potential collaborations with clients and create value-added services
- Establish framework agreement with shipyard to position OMC as their yard extension
- Secure a lease agreement with fabricators to utilise OMCs staging plot for fabrication purpose.
Profitability
- Ensure profits for all assigned projects
- Extend product/service required by client to drive higher revenue performance.
- Conduct pricing analysis and review pricing models for revenue optimization
- If required, put up proposal to PLH Manager to achieve balance between profitability and competitiveness in view to secure opportunity.
Execute timely and accurate invoicing
- Timely and accurate generation of invoice
- Manage AR timeline with PLH customers
Job Requirement
- Degree in Maritime or Business-related field
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales, business development or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong team player, Result oriented
- Computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
