- Provide project and operational management, and administrative support to selected clinical departments and multi-disciplinary clinic level management.
- Your scope includes assistance to craft strategies and policies on operational processes, workflow design and improvement, numerical analysis and financial assessment.
- Partner with clinical leads to effect patient centric initiatives across clinical disciplines and non-clinical departments.
- Contribute towards the building and maintenance of operational excellence, towards value-based improvement of healthcare processes and alleviating service delivery standards and to provide leadership to team members.
- The position requires an independent and self-driven individual with a deep passion for public healthcare, and is keen to take up enriching opportunities to further develop his/her career and growth in healthcare administration.
Requirements:
- Min a degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of relevant working experience, and with experiences in leading a team.
- Exposure to, or experience in healthcare finance, practical knowledge or ownership of hospital operations, and project management carry added advantages
- A team player, ability to exercise prompt initiatives, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
