Responsibilities:
To manage Production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance with the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
Business users’ communications.
To enhance existing support processes to maintain/improve service level & quality.
Weekend support if any urgent issue or deployment issue.
Requirements:
Microsoft .Net development skills.
MS-SQL development skills.
Debugging and troubleshooting.
L2/L3 support skills.
Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure.
With a keen interest in providing high service quality.
