Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain the company's quality management system.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality control and assurance.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems.
- Participate in customer audits and address any quality-related concerns.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality control.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or it's equivalent
- Min one related working experience
- Knowledge in certification and product testing is an added advantage
- Able to work in a team
