We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Care Teacher to join our team. As a Student Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for students outside of school hours.
Responsibilities
- Conducting all in-house programs
- Providing academic support to P1 - P6 students to complete homework
- Ensuring safety and timely transfer of children to the student center from school
- Creating a safe and positive learning environment, guiding and nurturing students with a growth mindset
- Building rapport with students and updating parents on their child's academic and personal progress
- Monitoring students' health and safety
- Fulfilling other assignments given by the Center Manager
Requirements
- Minimally a Diploma holder in Education, Arts, Psychology, Social Sciences, or Communications, with familiarity in the current school syllabus and prior student care experience a plus
- Possessing a Diploma in Care and Programme or WSQ in SCC a plus
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a school or learning center preferred
- Capable of guiding primary school subjects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with all students and parents
- Strong passion for teaching
