about the job
- Expanding company customer base through direct efforts and established networks
- Sell on-load tap changers for power transformers to existing and new user
- Drive business development strategies and explore new business opportunities
- Identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for expansion
- Develop new projects, achieve sales target and business development goals in terms of revenue and sales margins
- Preparing tender documents, presentations, negotiation terms.
- Analyse market conditions, review customer information
skills & experience required
- Master / Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (in power engineering)
- Min 8 years of commercial experience with high-voltage equipment producers or utility customers
- Strong technical knowledge of High Voltage equipment and on-load tap changers will be a plus
- Proven sales records in the power generation sector
- Proficiency in conducting presentations and training sessions
- Able to travel overseas for work assignment (50% travelling ASEAN region)
