Responsibilities:
Drive large projects and programs together with senior management team in the fields of:
- Innovation & Growth: Driving innovative business modeling, bringing strategies to life and enabling agile organizational set-ups
- Marketing & Sales: Supporting business with state-of-the-art pricing, marketing & sales concepts and strategies
- Organizational Excellence: Optimizing and redefining organizational structures and processes to support strategy and business model implementation
- Post-Merger Integration / Carve Out: Managing mid to large scale acquisitions and divestments
- Change Management: Planning, developing and implementing change initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor (or higher) Degree in Business or other related disciplines
- 5+ years of professional experience in a global top tier management or strategy consultancy with clear demonstrated familiarity with consulting methodology and approach as well as experience in successfully managing end-to-end, large-scale transformational projects / programs; professional experience working in large multi-national corporations preferred
- Demonstrated experience in the B2B industrial goods space; knowledge &/ experience in chemicals and materials industries preferred
- Experience in managing projects and delivering tangible value in one or more of the following: Strategy, EBIT/ Profit improvement, Operating model and organizational development, Innovation, Sales Excellence and Post Merger Integration
- Convincing and competent in working with multiple key stakeholders including senior management
- Inter culturally oriented, with excellent communication skills and a inclusive and reliable team player
