Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email, marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives. Assist with logistics matters of events and campaigns.
Digital Marketing
- Design content strategies to effectively reach our target audience and marketing goals
- Manage and update company website and social media platforms with fresh and relevant content.
- Ensure that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented
- Content Calendar Management
- Distribution of content across social media platforms and email channels to enhance brand visibility and actively engage our audience.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms.
Collaboration
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to maximize marketing impact.
Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Literature, or related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within agencies.
- Portfolio showcasing published work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in various content platforms like social media, blogs, and print media.
- Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing, editing, and proofreading marketing and communications materials.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.
- Solid understanding of content optimization practices including SEO, SMO, and PPC.
- Knowledge of content and layout design tools like Canva, Adobe InCopy, and InDesign is advantageous.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- A team player with excellent collaborative skills across departments.
