Key Responsibilities
- To prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- To handle the group's payroll.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow and oversee investment activities
- Coordinate with external accountants
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Oversee tax planning and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2 years of experience in a finance management role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
