Job Duties and Responsibilities - For Cricket Coach

Certification - National Level 3 Coach
Overall, in-charge of coaching National Team (Senior Men’s)
HP Coach will have personal responsibility for preparing players for all national tournaments (Asian Game, ICC International tournament and ACC International tournament).
HP Coach will supervise and accompany the teams on Cricket tours.
Build & head a Vertical Coaching Structure at the SCA HP Coach will build a formal coaching plan and structure to streamline coaching activities at SCA.
HP Coach will work on the Technical, Physical and Mental aspects of players.
Assistant, auxiliary and junior coaches shall work under the HP Coach in roles as specified by HP Coach Oversee coaching activities| Deliver Coach Education | Prepare reports & submit.
Build a strict timetable and rigor for Coaching. Ensure regular participation by players at coaching activities.
Formulate strategies that would encourage greater player participation.
Provide Consultancy for SCA's National Youth Cricket Development & General Cricket Development in Community.
The HP Coach shall formulate initiatives to increase participation, quality and interest in cricket in
Singapore. You will be involved at the grassroots level, including schools. You will also lend his time and expertise to the following:
Local Clubs/ individuals who may periodically contract SCA for the HP coach's cricketing expertise
Provide consultancy to Formulating and deploying a school program for local schools to garner interest Assist SCA in adopting cricket structures.
You will be responsible to the CEO.
You shall carry out all the duties assigned to you to the best of your abilities in furtherance of the interest of the SCA.
During the continuance of your employment, you shall devote the whole of your time and attention to your duties to the SCA and shall not without prior written consent of the SCA engage in any other business or be concerned or interested in any other business, activity or venture.
