As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you play a pivotal role within our Corporate Communications Team. You will help to ensure high-quality communication tailored to our audience and aligned with our business needs. You will collaborate closely with the team, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels of our organisation. Your negotiation and influencing skills will be essential in steering effective communications.
Job Scope
· Support the Development of Effective Communication Strategies: Support the crafting and execution of corporate communication strategies that enhance our brand image and align with our vision and strategy, including social media strategy.
· Draft Content for External Communications: Create content and press releases for external channels, such as our company website.
· Measure Content Performance: Analyse the effectiveness of digital content and generate valuable reports to inform corporate communications processes.
· Manage Internal Communications for local sites: Prepare newsletters, and other internal communication materials specific to local sites.
· Organise Initiatives and Events: Plan and coordinate events.
· Build Relationships: Foster connections with advocates and key individuals.
· Collaborate with Marketing and Technical Professionals: Work alongside marketing and technology teams to produce compelling copy.
· Vendor Management: Prepare briefs and mange external agencies to deliver effective results within agreed timelines and budgets.
· All other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
o Required experience: Up to 3 years of experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively and build excellent relationships both internally and externally
o Can demonstrate rigour and pay attention to detail
o Has a track record to deliver on-time, with accuracy
o Is fluent in English
o Self-motivated with a positive attitude
o Strong copywriting and editing skills
o Familiarity with web design and content production is a plus
o Solid understanding of project management principles
o May have a formal qualification in communications (preferable)
o Proficiency in MS Office; and design software such as Canva (preferable)
