Overall Function
Looking for a Temporary Planner to join us till the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal stakeholder’s demands and ensure accurate information is captured.
- Understanding, managing, inputting and executing various reports such as Master Schedule, SIM card management and terminal fulfillment trends.
- Monitor material availability to ensure optimum inventory levels for terminals, SIM cards, accessories, consumables and spares parts.
- Develop and implement effective forecasting models to accurately predict stakeholders demand and fulfillment
- Monitor using forecasting models to identify key risk items to ensure stakeholder demand is met.
- Perform periodic process such as write off, disposal and reconciliation
- Filling and tracking of various Work Orders, Delivery Orders and Indent forms
Requirements
- Diploma from recognized institution
- Resourceful, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, structure, able to work independently and co-ordinate well with all stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables
