As a Senior Director, you are essential to the
coordination and execution of the sales process, client success, SaaS software delivery, support and product implementation across the Asia-Pacific region. Flexible and able to
work within a fast-paced, global environment, you are proactive on short term incident management, as well as long-term client projects. As a key member in the Sales, Client Success and Support teams, you will provide fast and friendly, world-class product advice through the enterprise sales process, propose creative technology solutions, and deliver
technology solutions that ensure enduring client success. You will act as a critical bridge across our sales, client-facing, and support and product teams globally, and become a
trusted advisor to our current and prospective clients in the consumer goods vertical across the Asia-Pacific region.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with our client's business goals.
- Enhance the sales playbook for existing product lines, emphasizing continuous refinement
- Implement and oversee effective lead generation strategies to expand our client's market reach across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Maintain excellent client satisfaction by monitoring system stability and addressing client issues
- Work in collaboration with client end-users to support the release process: testing, training, communication
- Assess client requests, queries and incidents and channel them appropriately to ensure punctual response and resolve client issues.
- Collaborate across the client and product management teams to translate business needs into product enhancements and help drive software evolutions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and strategies for repeat business
- Onboard and deliver our client’s BluePlanner SaaS solution to consumer goods clients across the Asia-Pacific region
- Facilitate the talent acquisition and development of local Singaporean manpower and expand our our client's Asia-Pacific team.
- Develop and train a local Client support team to troubleshoot system issues (functional and data)
- Leverage Singapore as a travel hub for the research, market development and expansion of our client to prospects across the South-East Asia and broader AsiaPacific region.
Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of TPM/RGM/CPG experience.
- 10+ years of experience in building and leading successful enterprise client success and sales teams.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Fluent written and verbal English and Japanese, in addition to native-level language capability – Bahasa Indonesian or Chinese preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Japanese, Greater China, Indonesian, and Australia-New Zealand consumer goods and technology landscape.
- Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS solutions involving Price and Promotion Optimization and Revenue Management solutions, and Integration projects involving Japanese and Indonesian Ecommerce, Distributor Management, and/or Inventory Management systems.
- Technical experience in large scale cloud migrations (preferably Microsoft Azure) and database architecture (preferably Microsoft SQL Server).
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Previous experience in customer facing application support role and experience with Help Desk ticketing systems (preferably Zoho Desk), Project Management tools (preferably Asana), and DevOps tools (preferably Azure DevOps Server).
- Strong autonomy, organisational skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

In order to execute our client's Asia-Pacific business objectives, this role is to be physically based in Singapore in order to perform the following business activities:
- Facilitate the talent acquisition and development of local Singaporean manpower and expand our client's Asia-Pacific team.
- Leverage Singapore as a travel hub for the research, market development and expansion of our client's to prospects across the South-East Asia and broader AsiaPacific region.
- Singapore provides a central location in order to provide close proximity to support existing clients across the Asia-Pacific time-zonee, namely Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Tokyo, Sydney, Taipei.
- Close proximity to secure technology infrastructure that our client will seek to leverage Singapore’s technology eco-system, such as cloud hosting technology on local data centers.
- Leverage Singapore as a travel hub and safe environment in order to facilitate faceto-face engagement with clients and prospects across the South-East Asia and AsiaPacific region.
