This internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into the exciting world of legal innovation. You'll join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming how we deliver complex legal services, shaping the future of the firm. Here's what you can expect:
- Support end-to-end strategic projects from the initial identification of user requirements to Proof-of-Concept development to deployment.
- Gather and synthesise input from various stakeholders to inform Innovation team initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and communication plans. Help prepare presentations and reports to communicate project progress and findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on legal industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in legal innovation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues from Continuous Improvement, Technology, Legal Project Management, Business Development, Communications, and Knowledge & Information to understand their roles and contributions to firm-wide transformation plans.
- Drive the promotion of and engagement with the Innovation & Best Delivery Program through knowledge sharing and delivery of training and other presentations internally to lawyers and business services professionals in APAC.
- Elevate the firm's external profile as a thought leader in innovation through initiatives including digital campaigns, industry outreach with government bodies and the larger LegalTech ecosystem, blog and social media posts, etc.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the team.
