Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the site (residential /commercial /industrial)
· Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine checks
· Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions
· Conduct on-site checks and management of development works by appointed contractors to ensure works are carried out to specifications and complete on schedule
· Follow up with contractor on submission of monthly maintenance schedule, quotations, claims and invoicing
· Assist in the supervision of term contractors
· Raise POs and keep track of works done due to complaints by tenants / residents
· Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance services
· Attend to emergency or incident in compliance with in-house Apps & SOP for Escalation and response time
· Lead and manage client-relationship
· Engage and attend to complaints from tenants / residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is closed and addressed with tenants / residents
· Propose preventive maintenance strategy
· Prepare the monthly report for the management and landlord
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company policies
· Any other duties as assigned by reporting supervisor
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any discipline
· At least 5 years of working experience
· Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
· Independent and resourceful
· Team player
