Job Description

  1. Be the focal point for receiving and processing all sales Leads. To assist in Lead Generation, and Management such as filtering, nurturing and assignment for follow up by Sales Associates of the company.
  2. To be the focal point for Customer Service, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to enquiries, resolving and feedback and complaints, escalating to management where necessary.
  3. To manage the digital filing of marketing information and material, sales proposals, sales reports, customer reports, weight forms and the like.
  4. Provide Sales Support such as in producing sales proposals, vendor registrations, RFQ and tender submissions etc., and manage its digital filing.
  5. To be the secretary of Sales & Marketing Meetings. Generating and Collating Sales Performance Reports containing key sales KPI metrics
  6. Facilitate with the Operations Department for the onboarding and fulfillment of customer obligations.
  7. Manage periodic customer updates, well wishes and other season & festive greetings

Job Requirement

  • Minimum GCE ' O' Level
  • At least 2 years working experience in sales coordination
  • Proficient in MS Excel and using Pivot Table/VLookup is a plus
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently and has good initiative
  • Self-motivated, energetic and independent, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
