As an HR Executive specializing in Analytics and Insights, you will focus on leveraging data to drive strategic HR decisions and improve organizational effectiveness on a global scale. You will analyze HR data from various countries and business units, generate dashboards, and create actionable insights to enhance HR processes. KEY ROLE PRIORITIES:
Global Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR data related to employee demographics, turnover rates, performance, and other HR metrics.
- Develop HR dashboards for senior management for regular reporting and manager self service
- Prepare visualizations and presentations to communicate findings effectively to a global audience.
Insights and Recommendations:
- Develop data-driven insights to support global HR strategies and initiatives.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and policies across regions.
- Identify global trends, patterns, and correlations in data to provide meaningful insights.
Support Global HR Projects:
- Assist in Global HR projects that require data analysis, such as performance management, talent management, and employee engagement surveys
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
HR Metrics and KPIs:
- Track and report on key HR metrics and performance indicators globally.
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs through data analysis.
- Contribute to the development of new metrics and KPIs to measure HR success across regions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with global industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection methods and analytics processes.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance analytical skills.
Data Collection and Management:
- Maintain HR data for HOYA Singapore Branch, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Update and manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to keep employee records current.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Open to fresh graduates and those with 1-2 years relevant work experience is advantageous.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is advantageous.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR or data analytics is advantageous.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
