Your Mission:
- Empower Operational Excellence: Play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing network.
- Lead Transformative Change: Spearhead the development and execution of value-driven manufacturing programs and full potential assessments, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Champion Strategic Vision: Translate our strategic vision into actionable plans, leveraging your expertise in portfolio management, business case development, and manufacturing operations.
- Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve common goals.
- Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize your analytical skills and experience with benchmarking and performance management frameworks to identify performance gaps, develop targeted solutions, and track progress towards key objectives.

- Operational Excellence Champion: Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, with expertise in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA/Finance) is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing strategy consulting or a corporate strategic planning role.
- Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, business case development, and manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with benchmarking and performance management frameworks is highly desirable.
