Finance & Admin Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Senior Finance & Admin Executive to manage and coordinate the activities of the overall operations of the Centre. This role is an individual contributor position with a flat hierarchy and reports to the Centre Manager (“CM”).


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and reception support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining supplies inventory, and handling day-to-day queries via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in coordinating center activities and programs (virtual and face-to-face).
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings and accurately take minutes as instructed.
  • Assist with government/statutory board training grants, submissions, and claims, as and when required.
  • Implement corporate policies, procedures, and controls for internal controls and operational processes.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external IT vendors to troubleshoot IT-related requests and issues, deploy, and maintain end-user devices.
  • Maintain fixed assets, IT assets, and software licensing.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate recording of receipts and donations, preparing payments to staff and vendors, and overseeing procurement.
  • Review month-end closing reports and maintain an accurate set of accounting records compliant with SNSA policies and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly financial snapshots for management and ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to facilitate annual statutory audits, corporate secretary matters, and tax filings.
  • Prepare monthly payslips, oversee payroll disbursement to staff and CPF Board, and prepare annual IR8A forms.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance/Business Administration with at least 4 years of accounting experience, including payroll administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.
  • Team player with good planning, organizing, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.

Additional Capabilities:

  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to resolving internal and external issues.
  • Self-motivated with sound knowledge of computer skills, preferably in MS Office.
