Job Description
- Conduct daily inspections of the estate to ensure high standards of horticulture and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to implement improvement works.
- Manage and respond to feedback from residents and tenants.
- Handle arrears cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address repair and upkeep needs.
- Assist in organizing and supervising estate events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property / facilities management
