The Marketing Executive at Coldcut is pivotal in promoting our products and services, as well as enhancing our brand (RED) presence. If you are passionate about marketing, creative, and results-driven, we want you to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Strategies
- Develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Organise and oversee advertising, marketing, and communication campaigns across various platforms (digital and print).
- Plan and execute events such as competitions, promotional activities, and outreach events.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition.
- Analyse and present data, including social media analytics, to inform decision-making.
Customer Engagement
- Assess customer requirements through surveys.
- Write copy for marketing materials, including campaigns, brochures, posters, and website content.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Monitor campaign progress using metrics and submit performance reports.
- Collaborate with the manager on budgets and expenses.
Sponsored Teams Relationship
- Procure and curate content for marketing and outreach.
- Maintain good working relationships with ex-co and players.
- Attend to inquiries and requests.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Operate the retail shop.
- Assist with online orders.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a ITE/Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- Good understanding of market research techniques and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
