Job Description: - Evaluate and develop strategies to target new markets and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer delivery.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback to the Sales Director.
- Confidently drive product presentations and market penetration.
- Actively seek new customers with a hunter mentality.
- Offer pre and post-sales technical solutions for electrical products.
- Organize internal training sessions for the sales team.
- Conduct technical training and seminars at customer sites.
- Assist the regional sales team with technical knowledge.
- Prepare technical manuals and demo kits as needed.
- Respond promptly to technical inquiries from the sales team and customers.
- Stay informed about new product launches and acquire relevant technical knowledge.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of technical support experience with knowledge in handling low voltage electrical product
