Building material trading & real estate business
The Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain new and existing accounts, and identify new products to be introduced to markets
- Present recommendations for problem solving and continuous improvement
- Develop a business growth strategy and execution plan
- Increase sales revenue and gain market share across market segments
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve and leverage relationships/opportunities
- Meet volume & profit targets set by leadership and provide insights to margin management department
- Provide and update reports to Sales Management as required
The Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Commodity Sales
- Strong track record in driving results/profit with in-depth sales experience, preferably with medium and large clients
- Ability to leverage social media and emerging technologies to drive sales revenue
- Willingness to travel overseas and flexibility to attend weekend and night events
- Knowledge of International Shipping is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Self-driven, well-organized, industrious and creative
- Able to collaborate effectively and possess strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Working Hours: 9am to 5.30pm
