Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to Lead and motivate sales team to achieve and boost sales
- Set up a proper sales process and SOP for the Sales department
- Work closely with Accounts and Operation department
- Proactively source for new customers to expand our client base
- Handle customer enquiries, thoroughly understand site requirements, prepare accurate and competitive quotations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and projects
- Provide valuable feedback on market needs, customer preferences and competitor strategies to the management team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma from a local institution
- At least 3 years of past experiences in sales with leadership quality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and build rapport with customers
- Strong initiative, exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Good command in English
- Able to communicate thru email and phone in English, Mandarin and Hokkien
- Prior experience as a Sales Manager is preferred
