Roles & Responsibilities
- Inventory management, and liaising with different suppliers for stock ordering
- Develop seasonal dishes, create dishes for events
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu
- Manage and work closely with other chefs
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process
- Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
- Implement good food hygiene practices
- Excellent knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- Ability to produce excellent high-quality food
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
- Team player qualities
Condition:
- Working hours: Mon to Sat 11am to 11pm (2 hours break)
- Location: Club Street
- Salary $3200~$4200
