Job Description:
The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the operations department to ensure the overall satisfaction with their service experience. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, managing service appointments, and coordinating service tasks with the technical team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist operation of the workshop.
- Fleet control customer vehicles during their service time.
- Liaise with customer’s vehicle for repair & collection.
- Provide customer service to existing and new customer.
- Logistics of the company.
- Checking and verifying invoices with purchasers and liaise with Accounts Department on all payment matters.
- All ad-hoc duties are assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- No experience welcome to apply!
- Relevant work experience & qualifications in automotive industry would be advantage.
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license.
- Working Location: Bishan or Jurong Branch
- 6 days’ work week.
