Candidate will work in close collaboration with our local and international sales and technical teams, with the target of optimizing the efficiency of the sales process.
Sales support (core tasks)
· Management and update of sales prospects and projects in CRM system
· Preparation of sales quotations
· Planning and coordination of exhibitions and marketing events
Administrative
· Handling of general office matters
Selected administrative tasks can be assigned by the management according to candidate capabilities
and development of the organization
Requisites
· Candidate must possess at least a "O" level or Diploma
· Interest in machinery technical aspects
· Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with multiple levels within a large organization
· At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in similar scope of work
· Must be a self-started character with proactive, problem solving mind-set
· Attention to details, accuracy and organization skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Candidates with SAP S/4 Hana and Microsoft dynamics knowledge will have an added advantage.
· Willing to attend training sessions and at the company's HQ (Germany) and other subsidiaries in APAC region when required
