Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Kubernetes clusters that are scalable, reliable, and secure
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that applications are optimized for deployment on the Kubernetes clusters
- Monitor the health of the Kubernetes infrastructure and address issues as they arise
- Create and maintain documentation for the Kubernetes clusters and associated processes
- Implement and maintain security measures to ensure that the Kubernetes infrastructure is protected from unauthorized access
- Deployment Patterns for High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Multi Tenancy, RBAC, Services on Kubernetes
- Storage and Networking integration for Kubernetes workloads
- Performance and Monitoring for Containerized Workloads and Kubernetes Cluster
- Experience creating Docker Files
- Hands on experience with CI/CD for Kubernetes workloads
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Kubernetes ecosystem and make recommendations for improvements to our infrastructure
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in a production environment
- Strong understanding of containerization and container orchestration
- Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Flux
- Solid understanding of networking, security concepts, Kubernetes operations and security
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
