Key Activities of the Role
· Project Delivery Governance
o Lead the Asia Project Review Board
o Portfolio level status reporting, project artefact tracking
o Work closely with the Project Management team to manage project inter-dependencies
o Train/Communicate to Asia Project leads on delivery governance methodology changes
· Global collaboration
o Work closely with ZH on project methodology and tools
o Ensure governance on classic and agile projects
· Project Portfolio Financial Management
o Monitor overall Asia CTB budget and highlight project financials and/or capacity deviations to PLs for prompt decisions and actions
o Work with PLs to ensure accurate resource forecasting
· Reporting
o Project Review Board
o IT STC project update
o COO reporting
· Strong communication skills; Team player
· Experience in agile environment; agile related qualifications preferred
· At least 10 years PMO experience ; PMP certification preferred
· Banking experience required
· Proficient in preparing management decks and powerpoint slides.
· Knowledge of Access and VBA macro an advantage
