Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute charity fundraising strategies.
- Mentor and recruit Charity Ambassadors.
- Help manage third-party fundraising events, including paperwork and communication.
- Guide students in fundraising
- Support major events like Race Against Cancer, Relay for Life, Charity Golf, or Charity Gala Dinner.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws for third-party information.
- Handle administrative tasks like purchasing and reporting.
- Manage donation collection and distribution.
- Place NETs QR code stickers in approved locations.
- Assist with online donation portals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in marketing or business management.
- At least 2 years of experience in events and fundraising.
- Knowledge of online marketing tools.
- Understanding of data protection laws (PDPA).
- Familiarity with Charities Act and IPC regulations.
- Understanding of Fundraising Regulations.
- Strong English writing skills.
