Job Description:
- Responsible for sales through local and overseas travel agent channels
- Responsible for handling tour operations to fulfil clients' requirements
- Provide general sales support in overall operations and special projects
- Coordinate reservations, contracts, and record keeping for tours and facility reservations
- Increase brand awareness and market share through various marketing channels such as social media and direct marketing
- Work with management to create new opportunities for growth
- Manage key accounts and retain a portfolio of key clients to ensure client retention and high level of customer satisfaction
- Implement marketing strategies by collecting client feedback, studying market trends and conducting competitors’ analysis
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Powerpoint and Excel
- Experience in E-commerce sales and BD an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel-related or E-commerce fields
- Experience in digital and social media marketing a plus
- A proven track record in travel-related sales
- A self-starter attitude with a confident and personable nature
- Willing to travel to key markets for monthly sales trips and events
- Fluent in English and mandarin
