- General administrative support to the project team and work closely with directors on financial management tasks.
- Track and manage accounts receivable, record receipts and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and sales invoices, and to generate reports.
- Accurate data enter into the accounting system and properly file documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
