Input of supplier invoices into company systems and create export shipping documents
Liaise with suppliers, customer, inspection agencies, agents, freight forwarders and shipping lines to prepare export shipping documents
Liaise with customers for approval of shipping documents and send to bank in a timely manner
Data entry of shipment details into company systems
Coordinate shipments schedules with overseas suppliers and buyers to satisfy customer needs
Other administration duties as required
Salary 2k-3k depending on experience
