We are looking for a talented Technical Lead with expertise in OutSystems to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of technical developers, provide guidance, and ensure the successful resolution of incidents and implementation of service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a Team: Lead a team of technical developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Incident Management: Gather and analyze incidents, prioritize them, and delegate to the respective system analysts for resolution.
- Complex Issue Handling: Handle complex incidents or requirements, ensuring effective resolution and timely delivery.
- Scrum Management: Conduct scrum meetings with developers to monitor progress on incident resolution and SR implementations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with system analyst leads and developers to track end-to-end incident resolution and SR implementation processes.
Technical Skillsets:
- Proficiency in OutSystems development, with a strong background in building and maintaining scalable applications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring technical teams.
