What You’ll Do

• Lead maintenance of existing client documents archival eco system for the bank.
• Report project progress to regional/global stakeholders
• Subject Matter Expert possessing relevant knowledge on front-to-back functionality for various archiving requirements within the bank
• Independently create complete requirement spec and provide effort estimates for new enhancements
• Requirements Gathering and Prioritization; Collaborate with stakeholders, customers and development teams to identify, gather and prioritize product requirements and features based on business value and user impact
• Uplift the current environment; enable the feature teams to build and deliver to production with ease through managing upgrades, improving pipelines, and managing the underlying infrastructure
• Strategize, advise and plan UAT related activities
• Ensure alignment of the testing scope to all requirements, review testing artifacts and signoff

What Will Make You Shine

Domain Knowledge

• Knowledge in Wealth Management Domain is essential
• Prior experience in client documents archiving solutions is a must
• Understanding of technical aspects of system integration in a mix technology environment

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / finance or related fields
• 5+ years of proven experience in Wealth Management
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines and to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
• Experience working throughout the entire IT project lifecycle including requirements gathering, workshop, testing & stake holder management
• Experience using Agile methodologies and ability to coach the team to improve process efficiency and performance
• Handon experience with SQL queries, JIRA, Confluence, Release Management Tools
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
