Your role
Are you passionate about digitization? Are you following the market trends in pricing? Are you keen to become a part of an agile delivery organization in UBS and shape fit for future pricing capabilities?
We are looking for a Product Owner to join a Client Pricing Crew which defines and drives pricing capabilities for Global Financial Intermediaries and Corporate and Institutional Clients in booking centers Switzerland, Germany and Singapore.
Key activities include
- define and drive implementation of the product strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
- communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and senior leadership
- prioritize and maintain the backlog for the scrum team with support from the other team members
- mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across teams and with crew leads and act as your team’s ambassador towards internal stakeholders
- collaborate with other cross-functional scrum teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new products
- promote agile delivery principles within the business and IT organizations
- support run the bank activities and controls

Your expertise
- preferably a university degree with banking/finance or technical background or equivalent professional experience
- understanding of banking business especially pricing concepts
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks
- setting outcome focused goals as well as a product roadmap
- well versed in communicating and interacting with stakeholders
- strong analytical skills, with experience using data and customer feedback to take informed product decisions
- highly engaged and able to work under pressure
