Sales Coordinator / Sales Support | 5 Days | Up to $3.5k | Kaki Bukit

Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: $2800 -$3500
Job scope:
- Responsible for processing sales quotation/sales order/PO to vendors for customers
- Responsible for getting sufficient technical information from customers before sending inquiries to vendor
- Responsible for follow up on deliveries with vendor
- Assists to follow up with forwarder on the schedule of incoming (Air/Sea) goods delivery to Singapore warehouse
- Responsible for claiming short shipped/ defect items from Vendor
- Responsible to tally invoice data (price & quantity) in supplier invoice against inhouse purchase order and post into SAP for warehouse stock and/or customer stocks
- Assists to inform operations staff to pick their arrived goods when necessary
- Liaise / follow up with warehouse to ensure delivery of goods to customers
- Manage customers’ claims / goods returned
- Maintain good filing system
- Involve in yearly stock take activities
- Assists in forecasting stock requirement and keeping adequate amount of stock to meet customers’ demand
- Assists to check export L/C if the terms are able to meet bank’s requirement
- Assists to print monthly sales and inventory report
- Able to negotiate with customer and mindful of cost control
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business / Logistics
- Minimum 3 years similar/relevant experience
- Possess knowledge of MS office (Outlook/ Word/ Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP system and L/C requirement would be an advantage
