- Perform software troubleshooting and be able to log issues accurately for level 2 support
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, ticketing system, and in person
- Perform maintenance related tasks such as hardware maintenance and software housekeeping
- Willing to travel on-site within Singapore to provide support to our clients
