- Ensure the company’s e-commerce ecosystem i.e. Akeneo-PIM, Comestri-OMS, SFCC-corporate website (plus other systems such as Publitas -catalog reviewer, Ayden-payment gateway that are integrated into SFCC) & marketplaces are in order with correct product standard, information, and image by following best practices, training, manual guides, mockups, and templates provided by the regional team.
- Drive e-commerce sales and business objectives.
- Promotion planning and setup to drive and grow conversion of ecommerce sales.
- Work with merchandising, operations, marketing, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across e-commerce platforms.
- Work with internal and external parties on building brand awareness in the e-commerce platform.
- Conduct UATs and communicate with the regional team on the launch of new e-commerce platforms or system enhancements.
- Monitor the inventory & logistics process to ensure the fulfilment of customer’s orders including refund, return and cancellation.
- Provide training to stores on e-commerce operations procedure when required.
- Update daily transaction information and generate sales report for management review.
- Consolidate and present e-commerce weekly reports as required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Business, Digital, or E-Commerce.
- At least 3 years of relevant e-commerce experience in a commercial retail and/or marketing environment.
- Familiar with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and analytical tool.
- Passionate in online retailing businesses, interested in anything new about the Internet, and highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
