5 Days Work Week (Monday – Friday); Half Day
Location: Near Pasir Panjang MRT
Responsibilities:
- Arranging goods for delivery and managing local freight forwarder accounts (e.g., DHL, FedEx)
- Handling logistics, with a preference for experience in China (CN) and Thailand (TH)
- Performing data entry and managing customer service tasks using SAP
- Following up on monthly forecasts from key accounts
- Conducting administrative tasks such as generating reports, creating charts in Excel and PowerPoint, and submitting claims to HQ for payments (e.g., SG office rental)
Requirements:
- Familiar with the arrangement of goods for delivery and management of freight forwarder accounts
- Experience with logistics, especially in CN and TH, is a plus
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods is beneficial but not required
- Proficient in data entry and SAP
- Ability to generate reports and charts using Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to submit claims and manage administrative tasks efficiently
