Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and direct clients at the Concierge and main reception, ensuring a professional and inviting reception area that reflects the company's image.
- Provide front desk services to clients and internal staff.
- Manage and maximize the meeting room resources using the booking system.
- Assist external and internal clients, as well as walk-in visitors, with general inquiries.
- Maintain conference room bookings and coordinate reservations via the Converge platform.
- Operate the switchboard and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff.
- Assist with taking and serving beverage orders.
- Coordinate security procedures, including issuing security badges to new hires and visiting colleagues from other countries.
- Assist with urgent printing requests at the counter.
- Monitor executive restrooms behind the reception counter and coordinate with janitors to ensure cleanliness.
- Liaise with building management for ad hoc office maintenance requests.
- Coordinate name card printing requests with external printers.
- Provide backup support to the mailroom during breaks, such as receiving and sending deliveries at the reception counter.
- Other simple administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- GCE O Level and above
- 1-2 years of related working experience
- Good customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Immediate starter preferably.
