Job Purpose
The Executive, Partner Recruitment will be responsible to support the daily sales operatins for our Taxi fleet. This position will be working closely with the Plans & Product, Marketing & Communications, Credit & Billing and Fleet Management teams.
Responsibilities
1. Key Performance Indicators
- Recruit quality drivers for Taxis and PHVs
- Recruit aplicants for Hirer/Relief
- Conduct sales activities to achieve vehicle hired-out rate
- Conduct briefings at LHub to trainees of TDVL classes according to LHub's schedule
- Distributing Flyers andengage with drivers of other operators
- Attend to enquiries and follow-up with potential sales leads
- Meet individual KPI
- Meet team KPI
2. Customer Service
- Ensure service excellence towards customers
- Handle enquiries and feedback professionally and ensure resolution of these cases
- Ensure customers are given appropriate response within stpulated time frame
- Work with other departments to ensure customer feedback is resolved
3. Productvity Movements
- Participate in Kaizen projects to improve work processes and practices
- Participate in Staff Suggestion Scheme, 5S and other department Commitees
4. Others
- Consolidate & Submission of Daily Recruitment report
- Allocation of Taxis and PHVs
- Register drivers for E-Learning prior to vehicle collection and ensure courses are completed prior to vehicle collection
- Monitor and update market intelligence
- Calls up hirers' whose vehicles are due for scrap to consider change of vehicle or change of scheme
- Maintain proper documentation for hirer/relief application
- Maintain close contact with drivers an hirer/relief applicants
- Track and maintain records of voucher issuance to various promotions
- Assists to propose new schemes
5. Additional Functions
- With company's new directions geared towards electrification of fleet, learn to troubleshoot issues for drivers and advise drivers of steps to take in order to resolve basic charging issues
- Assist to implement some marketing initiatives such as Carousell nd advertise vehicle availability and promotions
- Preparing slides for meetings and documents for E-Sign
- Tagging of vehicles for Limo operations, supporting process of relief applicaion for Limo and prepare necessary douments for such requests
- Maintain optimal Limo fleet ired-out rate
- To be stationed at various statins for recruitment of drivers
Qualifications & Work Experience
- 2 Years of experience in a Sales and/or Sales support environment
- Prior experience in recruiing drivers within the transport industry is a plus
- Positive mindset and Adaptable to changes
- Possess a valid driving license and/or vocational license is a plus
