(Location - Jurong West)
5 Days working from office.
Junior candidate with 2 to 3 years of experience as a desktop support engineer.
- Technical Support: Provide first and second-level technical support to users regarding desktop issues, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktop hardware, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware, software, and operating systems.
- User Assistance: Assist users with technical issues, provide guidance on the use of software applications, and support end-users in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, security patches, and data backups in guidance with Global info sec team.
- Vendor coordination and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the system. Evaluating vendors for various purchases of technical equipment’s on basis of pricing, quality of the equipment’s
- Asset Management: Assist in tracking and managing IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams, including IT and operations to implement system updates, enhancements & integrations.
