We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our managers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, primarily by assisting with back-end tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules, handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (digital and physical), and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by your manager.
- Maintain filing systems for accurate document retention and retrieval, prepare forms and presentations, and utilize software like Canva to create basic visual aids for clients.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for internal and external events, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful execution of events.
- Schedule and manage meetings and appointments, ensuring timely communication and adherence to deadlines.
- Other ad-hoc duties if required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a local diploma or degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft professional documents for colleagues and external contacts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Canva.
