- Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm/ Alternate Sat, 8:30am – 12:30pm (5.25days work week)
- Salary: Basic $3,300 - $4,300 (Basic plus Fixed Allowance)
- Location: Multiple locations (Islandwide)
Description:
- Responsible to assist in the management of facilities management services for site assigned to you.
- In-charge of scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, & security management.
- To investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Deputize as and when required if the Facilities Manager is not around.
- Manage the team of technical officers, sub-contractors, supervise & coordinate facility management activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations.
- Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s).
- Facilitate incident investigation whenever necessary.
- To supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.
Job Requirements
- Mininum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations.
- A team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Possessing a valid Fire Safety Manager certificate is a MUST
