Job Description:
- Plan, manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project requirements are met.
- Implement and maintain quality control process.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Understand client needs and ensure their requirement are met.
- Prepare and present progress report to stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, financials and other relevant documentation.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Provide technical expertise and support to engineering team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Promote and implement process improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancement.
- Other ad-hocs tasks given by management.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE & BCA.
- At least 5 years of work experience in managerial poistion and handling project related to underground works such as Deep Cement Mixing (DCM), Dynamic Compaction (DC), Vacuum Preloading, PVD & etc.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Both written and oral communication, in order to liaise with Chinese Associates-HQ and Auditor
- Overseas travelling is required.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools.
